Callkeep is a callback tracker for you and your team. You are responsible for the content you save, including having a fair basis to hold a customer's details, and for keeping your own backups using the export feature and your iCloud backup.
Reminders rely on iPhone notifications being allowed and on the times you set. Please do not rely on Callkeep alone for anything safety-critical or legally time-bound.
Callkeep Solo and Callkeep Business are subscriptions billed by Apple to your Apple account, each with a free first month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your iPhone Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Callkeep is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot accept liability for lost data or missed callbacks, so please keep backups and check the app during your working day.
