Dustpan has no accounts and no server of ours. Your rooms, tasks, history and settings live on your phone, and back themselves up into your own iCloud, where we cannot see them. We do not collect, sell or share your data, and the app has no analytics.
Everything you put into Dustpan: your rooms and tasks, what you complete and when, and your settings. Deleting the app deletes this data from the phone; Settings > Start fresh deletes it from your iCloud backup too.
Dustpan copies its data into your personal iCloud container so a lost or new phone can restore it. That container belongs to your Apple Account; the copy travels from your phone to Apple directly, and we never receive, see or hold it. Apple's iCloud terms apply to that storage.
Payments are handled by Apple. To unlock Pro and keep it unlocked across reinstalls, Dustpan uses RevenueCat, a purchase-processing service, which receives your purchase receipt and an anonymous app-generated identifier. It never sees your name, your email or any of your cleaning data. This is the only information that ever leaves the app, and it exists so your purchase is never lost.
The gentle daily nudge and any task reminders are scheduled on your phone by the app. Nothing about them goes anywhere.
