The Makers Toolbox is a companion for crafters: a place to keep projects, patterns, notes, counters, timers, supplies and budgets together while you make. The AI pattern reader does its best to turn a pattern into steps, but patterns are wonderfully varied and it can misread one: always glance over the imported steps before casting on, and treat your original pattern as the final word.
Your making is stored in your account and synced to our database, so signing in on a new phone brings it back. Keep your sign-in details safe: they are the key to your account. Deleting your account removes everything permanently, as the app clearly warns.
Patterns you import stay yours, and importing one does not change who owns it. Please only import patterns you have the right to use, and treat paid designers as you would want to be treated: your library is for your own making, not for passing patterns on.
The app is free while it is in testing, with everything included. When paid plans arrive, they will be handled by Apple under Apple's standard licence terms, and these terms will be updated to describe them before anything is charged.
The app is provided as-is, in good faith. We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee it is free of every fault, and we are not liable for a project that goes sideways: frogging happens to the best of us.
