Your payslips and figures never leave your phone. The only thing that ever reaches us is a message you choose to type and send.
Nothing about you or your pay. There is no sign-up, no account, no email address to hand over, no advertising identifier and no analytics.
You enter your own figures: your pay lines and the period they cover, your bills, loans and savings. Paykeep never asks for your PPS number, your employee number or your name, and it cannot read a document, your bank or your contacts.
Syncing is on to begin with, which copies your data to your own iCloud account so your other devices can read it. That account is controlled by you and Apple, and nothing passes through us. Turn it off in Settings and your data stays on the one device.
If you send feedback from inside the app, the message you typed is emailed to us, along with the app version and whether you are on iPhone or Android. That is the only thing Paykeep ever sends us, it only happens when you tap send, and it carries none of your pay, bills or savings. We keep a simple daily count of how many messages come in so the service cannot be abused; that count holds no personal information.
Paykeep Pro is handled by Apple or Google and by our payments provider, RevenueCat. They tell us whether a purchase is active, never who you are.
Paykeep is a general-audience budgeting tool and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
You can delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting the app removes everything on the device with it.
