Plane Spotter Log is a personal hobby logbook. Everything in it is your own record, and nothing in this app should be relied on for any operational, commercial or safety purpose.
Your sightings, photos and notes belong to you. Keep a backup: the export and iCloud backup tools exist for exactly that.
Follow local rules at airfields and respect restricted areas; the app has no knowledge of where you may or may not stand.
The unlock is a single one-off purchase; there are no subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms.
