Pocket Pages keeps your planner on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud so your other devices stay in step. We have no servers and no accounts of our own, no analytics and no tracking, and we cannot see your notes or planner photos.
Your sticky notes and planner page photos are saved in the app's own storage on your iPhone or iPad. They are included in your normal device backups. Deleting the app deletes the copy on that device, so check your iCloud backup or sync first if you want to keep it.
When you are signed in to iCloud, Pocket Pages keeps your notes and pages in step across your devices through your own private iCloud, and the Back up to iCloud button in Settings saves a snapshot there that you can restore on a new phone. All of this lives in your iCloud storage, controlled by you and Apple: not a server of ours, and not something we can read. Signing out of iCloud, or turning iCloud Drive off for Pocket Pages, keeps the planner on your device only. Apple's privacy policy is at apple.com/legal/privacy.
If you share a planner, the invitation and the shared copy go through Apple's iCloud sharing, the same system Notes and Photos use. Only the people you invite can see it, they see what is in the shared planner, and you can stop sharing at any time. The sharing happens entirely between your iCloud and theirs; it never passes through us.
When you dictate a note, your iPhone's built-in speech recognition turns your voice into text on the device. Pocket Pages does not record, store or upload your voice.
If you unlock Pocket Pages Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple. A receipt check runs through RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, which sees an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase state, never your notes or photos. Nothing is linked to your identity and nothing is used for tracking or advertising. The free trial runs entirely on your device and involves no payment details.
The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to photograph or add a planner page. The app never browses your library on its own.
Pocket Pages is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone.
